This week Puffy Paws Kitty Haven dodged a bullet ,thanks to all the kitties lovers through out the World.

You kind folks saved the kitties by donating from your hearts.

This is the e-mail we put out asking for help.And help is what we got. The power bill is paid and the kitties are safe.

Dear Friend of The Kitties

On Tuesday, the power company, Florida Power and Lights sent out a truck to disconnect the power from the pole.

Chrissy begged  the men to wait until we came up with the money and they said they will come back in a few hours.

What we did is wrote a check with no funds in the bank account for $1095 to FPL at their Pay Station  and that prevented them in cutting off the power at the pole yesterday  morning. All we did is buy some time by doing this.

If we did not do this it  would have been at Nightmare for the kitties with no power in the two buildings their is no Air Conditioning  . Its been around 95 degrees down here in Florida and without power it will be in 100's in the Haven.

With out power we will  have to have called the News Media to raise funds and if we could not get the power turned back on we will have to shut down and give the kitties up to Animal Control to get them out of the heat.

Unfortunately if this happens most of the kitties will be put down.

Now we have very limited time to cover that check and if we don't they will cut the power off in a few days. 

I did not want to ask you guys cause you all do so much. So yesterday we were looking for a personal loan and it did not happen. So we need to ask you all if you can help to keep the kitties alive at Puffy Paws.

We need to raise $1095 today to save the kitties at the Haven.

We are scared for the kitties over here and we really appreciate what you  all do . If you can help this is the time because we have no where else to turn to.
